Hi Andurin , Thanks for reply.. Latency value is not fix...sometime last check time difference 2 hour or sometime 30 min... it happens 2-3 times in a day and i observed if that time I restart mysql server then again it shows correct value..its weaird ... please check database issue I am facing database issue also..is it inter-related??? Pls help.. Karen

Hi Alex, Thanks for reply. I am using nagios-3.0.3 version. I have recently (1 month before) upgrade veriosn from nagios 3.0 to nagios 3.0.3. We have configured NTP for all devices for time sync.. No my nagios server is not that much overloaded. there is no any problem with server performance..i have added around 68 hosts ( including linux, windows server and router, switches, load balancer, storage ) and 450 services. And getting this message for most of the hosts. I really scared..Just my NOC ...
