Keine Checks mit check_mk -I tcp

Hallo alle zusammen



brauche mal wieder eure Hilfe. Bie gerade dabei check_mk einzurichten. Habe bisher alles wie in der Anleitung von Mathias Kettner gemacht. Beim ersten Aufruf von check_mk -I tcp habe ich new checks als ergebnis bekommen. Dann habe ich den localhost in mein Nagios integriert. Dort sah ich dann dass nur der Ping überwacht wird beim erneuten check_mk -I tcp aufruf erhalte ich auch kein ergebnis mehr es kommt aber auch kein Fehler.



Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen was ich falsch mache oder an was das liegen könnte?

Hi, ein erneutes -I bringt auch nur noch neue Dinge.

Den Parameter tcp brauchst nicht, cmk -I localhost reicht.

Hast du ein cmk -R auch gemacht?

Ja habe ich gemacht wobei in der Anleitung check_mk -O steht aber ich habe gerade auch noch check_mk -R gemacht und erhalte 4mal OK.



Wenn ich check_mk -I localhost ausführe erhalte ich checks in meinem Nagios sind sie aber immer noch nicht sichtbar.

Danke Problem gelöst habe nun noch ein check_mk -R Localhost gemacht und nun sind sie in Nagios auch sichtbar.



Nun habe ich aber schon das nächste Problem:

Ich habe den Windows Agent auf einem Server installiert doch wenn ich nun vom Nagios Server ein telnet ausführe dann bekomme ich dies

an was kann das liegen Vierenschutz und Firewall auf den Server sind deaktiveirt?

Das hat dein Problem aber bestimmt nicht gelöst.

Hallo Sickboy,

du kannst dir den Syntax von den windows agenten anschauen. Wenn Du den in cmd startest bekommst du folgende Möglichkeiten: install, unistall, adhoc und test.
Führe mal adhoc aus dann siehst Du, ob der Port 6556 geblockt wird. War zumindest bei mir so, daß ich nene Popup der Firewall bekam.

Übrigenz bin ich auch so ein Kandidat, der mit der Hostanzeige in Nagios kämpft. Ich habe alles ausprobiert, Anleitung befolgt nur nichts half weiter.
Der Befehl ./cmk -R auch nicht :(
Was hast Du denn Sickboy denn angestellt, dass es bei dir funtzt?

Doch paßt eigentlich alles nur du hast ja etwas weiter oben geschrieben das es wahrscheinlich mein Problem nicht gelöst hat.



Mein Windows Problem habe ich auch gelöst habe die antwort in einem anderen Posting gefunden.

Die IP adresse war in der check_mk.ini nicht angegeben oder only from war aktiviert.

ich habe check_mk -I localhost statt check_mk -I ip dann check_mk -O (R) und schon war alles da.

Damit meinte ich das cmk -R localhost. Der Parameter localhost spielt für das Kommando nämlich keine Rolle.

wenn ich ein check_mk_agent.exe adhoc ausführe erhalte ich als antwort

Cannot bind socket to port 6556



Hast du mir da eventuell auch einen Tipp?
